Executive Assistant/Office Manager - Executive support to Chief People Officer
- Based in Macquarie Park - On site car space provided, WFH Friday
- 7 additional leave days per year + Not for Profit Salary Packaging

An exciting opportunity is now available for a highly organised, energetic and experienced Executive Assistant to provide a range of executive level support and administrative services to the Chief People Officer. Additionally, you will manage operations of the Macquarie Park Office including leadership of the Receptionist team.

As a member of a highly productive broader HR team, your days will include;
- High level diary management & meeting scheduling - MS Outlook
- Providing leadership, coaching, & support to the Receptionists and Administrator (3)
- Processing of purchase orders, invoices, and expense reconciliation - Basware
- Producing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up items as required
- Assisting with the production of letters, memos, and presentations, as required
- Coordination & organisation of Internal Communications & Conferences
- Organisation of all HR documentation within the Microsoft Sharepoint software
- Managing the smooth administration of the Macquarie Park office environment, ensuring the office facilities are well maintained
- Coordinate and manage HR/Office Management related projects
- Travel & accommodation coordination support for Human Resources team members
The ideal applicant will have exceptional attention to detail, a proactive "hands on" approach and a willingness to assist where needed, in addition to;
- Tertiary qualifications within Business Administration
- Significant demonstrated recent experience within a similar role supporting at Executive level
- Competent in using computer systems & MS Office suite, with **Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Sharepoint.**:
- Experience with Basware - Advantage
- Previous experience working within a Human Resources team - desirable
- Ability to manage a busy workload & associated competing priorities in a calm & professional manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion - Essential
- Must be able to provide evidence for Covid19 Immunisation x 3
