We're looking for a detail‐driven Payroll Officer to join our Finance team and help keep our people operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast‐paced environment and enjoy variety in your day, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting accurate, end‐to‐end payroll processing such as terminations, salary changes, superannuation any payroll variations
* Responding to staff payroll queries
* Contributing to ensure we meet all statutory obligations including superannuation, payroll tax and WorkCover
* Processing new starters, terminations, salary changes and payroll variations
* Maintaining payroll data and providing information to government and regulatory bodies
* Assist with calculation and reconciliation of all leave entitlement data
What you'll bring
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
* Experience in Payroll
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Confident communication across all levels of the business
* Chris21 experience and strong Excel skills (desirable)
