Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Agent (Customer Service) positioned at our Maadi, QLD office.
The Technical Support Agent will handle customer inquiries and provide assistance, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Offering technical support, troubleshooting issues, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining an organized and efficient approach to problem solving.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Solid Analytical Skills to identify and resolve complex issues effectively
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented and on-site environment
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Fluency in English
