We are seeking a People Partner to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will play a key role in the HR execution of business strategies and operational objectives at our WA-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with the business to provide HR advisory support and coaching on people matters including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations and change management.
">
* Analyse and monitor workforce trends to identify leading trends for the operational workgroup and support the delivery of proactive strategies in response.
">
* Support operational leaders to progress day-to-day activities and culture initiatives.
">
* Develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality services.
">

About You
">
To be successful in this role, you will have:
">
">
* Tertiary qualification in human resources or related discipline.
">
* Demonstrated experience in a human resources role within mining or other related heavy industries.
">
* Proven ability to develop constructive working relationships with employees and managers.
">
* Strong influencing skills.
">
* A good understanding of human resources and employee relations legislation and practices.
">
* Sound judgement and objective problem-solving skills.
">
* Experience using HR systems such as Workday.
">
* A valid C-class driver's licence.
">
