We are seeking a strategic leader to drive human capital initiatives and foster a collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with local business stakeholders to support performance improvement and growth, leveraging data insights and workforce planning.
* Provide guidance and support to leaders in managing employee issues, investigations, and case management aligned with our organisational values and policies.
* Lead the development and maintenance of local industrial relations, supporting leaders in negotiations that align with our overall industrial strategy.
* Drive the local rollout of People & Culture initiatives and support organisational change efforts.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field, with substantial experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organisational change, and HR planning.
* Strong knowledge of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong, effective relationships across all levels of the business.
* Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
* Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver HR-related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
