Customer Service Role
This is a full-time position with flexibility, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be providing exceptional customer service to a commercial client base.
You will be handling technical phone and email enquiries, working with an Omni Channel platform, liaising with internal stakeholders, maintaining records and documents, contributing to continuous improvement, and ensuring the prompt resolution of customer enquiries and meeting of team KPIs.

We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude, strong customer focus, ability to work with a range of different people and styles, willingness to learn and develop with the business, proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and good time management skills.
