The Student Services Assistant role is a unique blend of front desk reception and customer service with administrative tasks.
This position requires the ability to multitask, handle queries efficiently, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process sales and memberships
* Manage inventory and stock control
* Enter data into the membership database
* Respond to student inquiries
* Sell miscellaneous items
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role demands proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Teams. The successful candidate must also have experience with Eftpos and credit card processing.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and customer relationship management tools is highly desirable.
