We are currently hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join our Tourism Marketing team based out of our Brisbane office.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Tourism, this role will see you play a pivotal role connecting our Holiday Parks with the marketing team to deliver seamless campaigns and on-the-ground support.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, friendly team that values open communication and mutual support, as well as interfacing with external suppliers.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has a love for making things happen
While tourism experience is a bonus, we are definitely open to candidates from all industries who can demonstrate strong detail, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Assist with onboarding new accommodation products and managing merchandise, signage, and stock levels.
Coordinate signage, photography, and design requests with external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Support marketing operations including website updates, collateral distribution, and content management across portals and intranet.
Provide administrative support across the team, including inbox management, event coordination, invoicing, and gift card enquiries.
About You Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach to teamwork.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Customer-focused mindset, with a genuine interest in supporting both park teams and guests.
Interest in tourism and marketing welcomed; formal Marketing qualifications are a bonus but not essential.
