About the Job
We are currently looking to speak with Service Managers or Workshop Managers, to lead this strong performing service department located in Roma, QLD.
You may come from an Ag or truck dealership or from within the Earthmoving, Automotive dealership or aftermarket service industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Workshop Management experience.
The ideal candidate will be a people person who is excited by the challenge of leading an established team within the service department. Strong leadership and customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that your team delivers top quality service to their valued clients.
Ideally you will have:
* Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team
* Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
* Strong computer literacy skills
Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
On offer is an attractive package of approximately c. $120k (depending on experience) plus bonus, a dual cab ute, potential housing/relocation assistance.
