Who is TeamKids?
TeamKids is a premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) across Australia. We aim to excite, engage, and entertain children before school, after school, and during school holidays.
Job Description
This permanent, full-time role offers flexibility to work from home for administrative hours between service times. You'll be supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager to ensure your success.
Service Location: Wollert, VIC 3750
Dedicated space.
Work Schedule
Split shifts, Monday to Friday:
BSC: 7am-9am
ASC: 2.20pm-6.30pm
Admin: 6.75 hours
Total: 38 hours/week

As a Director of Service (or Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community.

Candidate Profile
You're a natural leader passionate about teaching children. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a confident communicator, and possess strong problem-solving skills. You hold or are working towards a Diploma qualification as per ACECQA standards.
