You will assist the Sales & E-commerce team with all Administrative tasks as required. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as, but not limited to:
- Answer all incoming calls
- Manage customer enquiries and general questions
- Source relevant information and update customers
- Assist e-commerce team with website and product admin
- Provide support to the sales teams and wider departments
- Create and prepare sales order
- Update and maintain internal database
- Prepare reports and inventory management
- Daily filing and data entry as required
- Ad hoc administrative duties as necessary

**Skills / Experience**
- Experience working in a similar Administration Assistant or Customer Focused role
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- High degree of resilience, tolerance and initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good stakeholder management skills
