About The Role
This organisation are seeking a commercially astute Head of Finance Systems to lead a critical finance technology transformation. Reporting to the CFO directly, you'll bridge Finance, Digital & Technology, and vendor partners to deliver secure, data-driven platforms that support informed decision-making across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape and execute a finance systems strategy aligned with business goals
* Lead governance, internal controls, and audit readiness across key platforms (e.g. ERP, planning, treasury)
* Oversee major finance system projects end-to-end, including ERP implementations (SAP4 Hana)
* Drive user adoption, training, and change management across teams
* Evaluate new technologies and co-manage vendor relationships
About You
* CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years in senior finance or finance systems leadership
* Proven experience with finance platforms (ideally SAP S/4HANA), data governance, and internal controls
* Strong stakeholder management and communication across finance, tech, and operations
* Demonstrated success in delivering finance tech projects and presenting to executive leadership
