About the role
Hardy Aviation is a leading provider of scheduled and charter aviation services in the Northern Territory. Reporting to the CEO, the HR Manager role at Hardy Aviation is a full time position based at our office located at Darwin International Airport.
The position involves
* Overseeing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment of pilots, engineers and ground staff, onboarding, performance and injury management, and some training.
* Providing HR support and advice to managers and employees.
* Travelling on our aircraft to train and induct remote staff.
We are looking for
* Some years of experience in a similar generalist HR Manager role.
* Good knowledge of HR best practices and employment legal and compliance requirements.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with employees at all levels.
* Ideally, tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
