About The Position
The Team Leader will be responsible for mentoring a team of Client Coaches to ensure they are working within the services to assist clients in achieving their individual goals.
As a Team Leader, you will apply person-centred support principles and practices and adhere to all NDIS plans or service agreements.
You will motivate, develop, and inspire a team of client coaches through strong conflict management and communication skills.
