Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a team to achieve business goals in cleaning, trolley collection and waste support
* Create a roster to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered
* Collaborate with Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity and upcoming priorities
* Manage time and attendance activities for team members, including tracking hours and ensuring compliance with company policy
* Source and maintain supplies for stores within budget
* Contribute directly to core operational tasks alongside the team to ensure smooth running of day-to-day activities
Requirements
* An ambitious mindset and passion for retail and people development
* Flexibility to work in different environments such as shop floors, fridges, freezers and carparks
* A keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
* Physical fitness required for physically demanding tasks
* Ability to work collaboratively with Department Managers and Store Leadership Team to plan routines and timeframes
* Organizational skills to ensure team has necessary equipment and supplies to work safely and efficiently
* Comfortable working with regulated frameworks (Food Safety, industrial regulations etc)
* A valid full driver's license essential for collecting trolleys using company vehicles
