We are seeking a highly experienced Team Leader Floor & Wall Tiler to join our growing team. This role is suited to a skilled professional who can lead from the front, deliver quality finishes, and manage jobs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tilers on site
• Complete floor and wall tiling to a consistently high standard
• Set out, screed, and prepare floors with accuracy, including wet areas and correct falls
• Read and follow plans, specifications, and set-outs
• Manage job timelines, quality control, and on-site productivity
• Maintain safe, clean, and organised worksites
• Liaise with management, builders, and clients as required
Requirements
• Strong proven experience in floor and wall tiling
• Confident and competent in screeding large areas and wet areas
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a team
• White Card (essential)
• Driver's licence (Work van supplied)
• Own tools (basic tools)
