What will you do?
Lead and coach a casual front-of-house team to deliver a premium guest experience across corporate suites and large-scale functions
Plan and manage pre-event rostering, shift planning, and team briefings aligned to event requirements
Provide hands-on support during set-up, service, and close for match day and non-match day events at the MCG
Identify and resolve issues quickly, escalating where needed, to maintain the guest experience
Uphold the highest standards of service, presentation, professionalism, and safety; ensure compliance with RSA requirements
Communicate clearly with kitchen, logistics, venue partners, and stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly
More about you
Previous experience in event or hospitality supervision/management (large venue or premium functions preferred)
Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Confident with rostering systems and efficient shift planning
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays aligned to the event calendar
