Reporting to the Environmental Services Team Leader, you will be working with a dedicated team of Service Staff where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Cleaning and Laundry services to our residents.
This role is essential in providing effective cleaning services to the residents whilst working cooperatively with care staff in a supportive and positive work environment.
We are looking for someone with:
* Previous experience in general cleaning duties and willing to learn laundry services.
* Previous experience in the use of commercial equipment and products.
* Reliable and flexible; available on short notice to cover staff absences, shifts during peak periods and scheduled leave. Availability 0630 to 1300.
* Sound knowledge in safe usage and storage of chemicals.
* An interest and enthusiasm for the provision of quality services in an aged care setting.
* Effective time management and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads.
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
This is a casual position on a Call-In Basis, which may lead to a part-time position within the Environmental Services Team.

* Previous aged care experience.
