We are seeking a highly skilled culinary professional to join our dynamic team.
* Key responsibilities include cooking, baking and grilling meats and vegetables according to recipes, assisting the head chef, and maintaining high-quality food standards.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Culinary Arts and at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Apart from these tasks, you will be responsible for receiving and storing stock, demonstrating safe work practices, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring that ingredients meet recipe guidelines.
You will also be expected to perform various kitchen activities such as training staff, seasoning, marinating, roasting, and baking food, and stirring and mixing sauces for various dishes.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure seamless service delivery.
