The Service Admin is responsible for day to day service operation working with internal & external customers to meet customer satisfaction. This incumbent will Interact with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. Will render support in providing of quotes, process sales order and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. Location: This position reports to the Service Admin Manager and is part of the Service team located in Mount Waverley, Melbourne and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Coordinate Service Operations : Manage part ordering, logistics, and timely delivery to support engineers in Australia & New Zealand; oversee returns to the Asian Distribution Center and assist with stock take and audits. Support Field & Customer Service : Ensure smooth execution of installations, training, maintenance, and service calls; handle call center activities including case assignment and customer interactions. Maintain Systems & Team Collaboration : Update and manage customer and business systems (e.g., Oracle R12, Salesforce FSL); provide backup support to team members and perform other assigned duties. The essential requirements of the job include: Minimum Diploma certification or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience Demonstrated capability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
