COMMERCIAL TYRE FITTER – North Bendigo
Bridgestone Bendigo North provides tyre solutions to many commercial customers within the Greater Bendigo area. We are seeking a positive individual who is committed to learning and becoming an effective member of the team.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Fit commercial vehicles – light truck, truck, agricultural and earthmoving equipment.
* Balance commercial tyres.
* Identify suitability of tyres for puncture repair and perform puncture repair.
* Perform fleet inspections identifying tyres due for replacement.
* Complete all of the above work both in store and at customer sites.
* Answer telephones, assist customers with their request and provide the highest level of customer service.
* Participation in on call roster once trained.
* Saturday roster will be included.
* Maintain the highest level of occupational health and safety at all times.
Qualifications & experience
* No formal qualification required, however any certificates held for tyre fitting would be looked upon favourably.
* Experience in tyre fitting or a workshop environment would also be looked upon favourably.
* Forklift license.
* MR license.
