My client is looking for support in their HR team which will primarily support the HR Manager in managing day-to-day staff matters and providing advice on HR processes and protocols. The position will focus on operational HR activities and ensure continuity of service during this period.
* Providing general HR advice and support to managers and staff.
* Assisting with performance management and disciplinary processes.
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities as required.
* Ensuring HR protocols and procedures are followed.
* Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
* Providing operational HR support, including coordination of staff awards, L&D requests and other HR activities.
* Escalating complex or high-risk matters to the HR Manager as appropriate.
* Maintain the HRIS.
This role is due to start at the beginning of March and requires someone to be able to work for 6 weeks.
