What You'll Do
* Supervise daily cafe operations at Two Brothers to ensure premium service delivery
* Deliver high-volume barista and bar service with a focus on speed and quality
* Coordinate team tasks including dishwashing and cleaning to maintain a pristine environment
* Work autonomously to manage the cafe during afternoon and evening rostered shifts
* Ensure the highest standards of food safety and responsible service of alcohol are met
Skills and Experiences:
About You
* Solid background in hospitality supervision or management with a customer-first mindset
* Mandatory valid RSA certificate and the ability to work independently
* Reliable vehicle and a current Driver’s Licence are essential for this location
* Preferred Food Safety Supervisor qualification and professional barista experience
* A positive, \"can-do\" attitude with the ability to mentor and lead junior staff members
