About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and ensure efficient administrative systems are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate and review office services, setting priorities and performance standards
* Allocate office resources including staff, equipment, and workspace
* Supervise and monitor administrative and clerical staff performance
* Manage office records, accounts, and documentation systems
* Liaise with professionals and stakeholders to facilitate business operations and resolve issues
* Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and readily available
* Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations
* Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
* Coordinate HR-related activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and performance management
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative leadership role
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Sound problem-solving and decision-making ability
* High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
Qualifications & Experience
* A qualification equivalent to an AQF Diploma or higher in a relevant field such as:
o Business Administration
o Management or related discipline
* Demonstrated experience in highly relevant office management duties
* Experience supervising staff and coordinating office operations
