About the role
In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our operations — ensuring jobs are scheduled accurately, customers are kept informed, and everything runs smoothly from order to installation. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, internal sales and a production team, building strong relationships and delivering a high level of service every step of the way.
You will play a key roll in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
The role includes Costing, Quotations, Planning, Scheduling and manufacturing processes.
Experience in a similar scheduling, administration or customer service role is desirable, but not essential.
Plan, Forecast and update upcoming installs with consideration to lead-times.
Ensure efficient daily runs for install team, reviewing jobs once installed, and taking action as required.
Ordering Stock / sourcing stock as required.
Problem solving with clients.
Assisting fitters with problems onsite.
