About the Role
A Sydney based opportunity for an experienced Relationship Executive has become available with BOQ Specialist! The role of a Relationship Executive is to originate, retain and manage a portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for ownership of a customer portfolio by retaining, growing and attracting profitable customer relationships with business lending requirements in excess of $10m, consisting of mainly healthcare clients, with the support of a dedicated analyst.
As a Relationship Executive, your responsibilities will include:
1. Meet all required financial and non-financial targets including revenue, market share growth and customer satisfaction.
2. Engage with customers, influencers and advisors to deepen relationships and enhance BOQ’s external brand.
3. Appropriately structure business lending transactions in compliance with BOQ’s credit appetite, policies and procedures.
4. Coach and develop the aligned Corporate Analyst.
5. Exemplify the BOQ Group values of Spirited, Optimistic, Curious, Inclusive, Accountable and Lionhearted to contribute to the purpose of Building Social Capital through Banking.
6. Understand and comply with the Code of Conduct and any additional policies and procedures which apply to the role to ensure BOQ Group excels, complies with laws and regulations, and upholds their reputation.
About you
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
7. Minimum 3+ years in Commercial/Corporate banking
8. Demonstrated expertise in credit structuring for business lending transactions, particularly $10-30m
9. Demonstrated ability to outperform financial and non-financial targets
