About the Role:
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting Caterpillar products across the Midwest region. From diagnostics to repairs, you'll ensure our customers' machines stay productive and reliable.
What You'll Do:
* Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and component replacements on Caterpillar machinery.
* Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Maintain strict compliance with WesTrac's safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Trade Qualified: Australian-recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate.
* Experience: Previous hands-on work with Caterpillar products.
* Skills: Strong diagnostic ability and a commitment to efficiency and safety.
* Customer Focus: Helping clients achieve machine availability and reliability KPIs.
