Each is looking for an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists.
In this role, you will:Deliver supports in partnership with families to help them achieve their goals, using evidence-informed best practices.Use assessments, observations, and your understanding of child development to tailor support options for each child and family.Empower families, caregivers, and professionals, helping them build skills and confidence to support children in their daily lives through coaching.Connect children and families with their community to promote inclusion and participation in activities of their choice.Maintain thorough records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals in the NDIA business system.Guide families through the application, implementation, and funding processes of NDIS plans.To view the full Position Description, click here.
