As a Battery Fitter & Sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fitting batteries, and driving sales growth for the business.
What you'll be doing
* Expertly fitting and replacing automotive batteries for customers
* Providing knowledgeable advice and guidance to customers on battery selection and maintenance
* Generating sales leads and converting inquiries into sales
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked showroom
* Assisting with inventory management and stock control
* Delivering excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in an automotive or retail sales role, preferably in the battery or automotive parts industry
* Strong technical knowledge of automotive batteries and related products
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
* A current driver's licence and reliable transportation is required.
