Key Responsibilities
* Manage grounds maintenance tasks using associated plant and equipment, including brushcutting, hedging, blowing, weeding, zero turn mowers and tractors.
* Operate various mowing equipment, blowers and brushcutters safely and efficiently.
* Ensure all equipment is regularly maintained and in safe working order.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.
* Conduct regular site inspections, to assess the quality of work and report any issues to your supervisor.
* Manage waste disposal and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.

What you need
* Skill in operating and maintaining mowing equipment safely and effectively.
* Experience in landscaping, gardening or a related field is preferred.
* A willingness to work outdoors as part of a team.
* A strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
* A legal right to work in Australia.
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
* National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
* Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
