The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and strategic
Associate Director - Civil
to help lead our Gold Coast Civil Engineering team. This is a key leadership position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the division, growing our client base, and guiding the team to deliver outstanding engineering outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the growth of the Civil Engineering division through strategic business development and client partnerships across Queensland.
Help lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Civil team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
Provide expert technical leadership, ensuring the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new markets, growth opportunities, and align divisional goals with ADG's broader strategy.
About You
Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or related field).
Proven experience in successfully growing engineering divisions or practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach.
Extensive experience in delivering diverse civil engineering projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of sector trends, innovations, and best practice.
Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
