You'll bring
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst across Warehouse Management / Logistics solutions (essential).
* Strong exposure to WM systems (e.g., SAP WM/EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber, or equivalent).
* Experience analysing and improving warehouse workflows within complex operations — retail sector experience highly regarded.
* Ability to translate operational requirements into system specifications and process improvements.
* Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement across distribution centres, operations, and technology groups.
* Experience supporting testing cycles, data requirements, integrations, or vendor coordination.
* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
* Understanding of warehouse KPIs, inventory accuracy, and fulfilment processes beneficial.
