Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 6:45pm
Pay: $40.93 - $46.10 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart you will be a flexible, team‐oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
* Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
* Engage and supervise children at all times
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible you must hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, possess a current Queensland Working with Children Check, be willing to travel between local services and have flexible availability Monday‐Friday between 6:00am – 6:45pm.
