Responsibilities
Lead a unified team delivering sales, service, merchandising, and maintaining operational standards across all product categories.
Coach and develop the sales team, enabling them to achieve required sales budgets through the JB Hi-Fi sales process.
Ensure the shop floor is maintained with high presentation standards.
Maintain stock integrity through compliance to loss-prevention procedures.
