The Opportunity

We're looking for an energetic and service-focused Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Zap Fitness 24/7. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for members and internal stakeholders, providing professional and timely support across a range of enquiries.

You'll play a key role in resolving member issues, recovering overdue payments, and delivering an outstanding customer experience every time. If you're a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact within a supportive, high-performing team.


Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service to members, clubs, and internal stakeholders.

* Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and complaints, identifying causes and providing effective solutions.

* Follow up with members to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.

* Facilitate payment recovery through consistent and professional communication.

* Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems.

* Build strong relationships through clear, open, and professional communication.

* Achieve set KPIs and contribute positively to team goals and culture.


About You

* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive member experiences.

* Experience working in a call centre or customer service environment (debt recovery experience highly regarded).

* Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

* Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

* Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve goals.

* Positive attitude, integrity, and accountability in every interaction.

* Ability to build lasting relationships with members, colleagues, and stakeholders.

* A current paid Working With Children Check (WWCC) may be required, depending on your state jurisdiction.
