Responsibilities
* Head up the business unit, providing NDIS-funded services to individuals eligible for NDIS Package funding.
* Build up the division with the assistance of the Disability Service Manager, bring in clients, and deliver outcomes focusing on the North of Perth and Southwest Perth.
* Work autonomously with a team focus, utilizing established systems and infrastructure.
* Make decisions and solve problems in the provision of services.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualification in social sciences, health or allied health (preferred).
* Strong understanding of the NDIS and NDIS Quality and Safeguarding framework.
* Experience in disability service coordination, allocation, and compliance with contractual obligations.
* Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and a working knowledge of client management software.
* Australian Federal Police and Working with Children clearances (can be completed on provisional appointment).
* Current WA driver's license.
