Initial 6 mth contract with possible ext paying approx. $910/day Fortitude Valley Location with flexibility to WFH 2 days per week PM required to deliver a range of small to medium sized digital projects (ICT infrastructure and application) Our client, a large complex organisation within the Utilities sector, are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to start as soon as possible, for a 6 month contract with possible extension. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of a range of small to medium sized digital projects (i.e. ICT infrastructure and application). This role involves contributing to all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors, this role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. You will achieve this by applying best practices in project management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder communication that align with the organisations objectives and business requirements. Skills and experience required: Experience in delivering a variety of small to medium sized digital projects in a fast paced environment. Experience in delivering ICT infrastructure, systems engineering, network, and OT projects. Experience in delivering projects using Waterfall and Agile. Experience in delivering projects using formal project management methodologies (ie Prince 2). Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, vendor management and handling multiple projects. Ability to lead project teams, optimise resources, and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Work well with business stakeholders to support implementation/rollout.
