The Beauty Bed is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty treatments to our valued clients, while also mentoring and supporting junior team members.
What you'll be doing
* Delivering a range of advanced beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, and specialised skin care services
* Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on their skin and beauty needs
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment rooms
* Mentoring and training junior beauty therapists to develop their skills and knowledge
* Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon by providing exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified beauty therapist, with a strong background in providing advanced treatments
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide personalised recommendations
* A creative flair and an eye for detail to ensure high-quality treatment outcomes
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* A current diploma qualification in Beauty Therapy
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
