Senior Retail Operations Manager
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our store as a Senior Retail Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience leading multi-site or big box stores, with a deep understanding of store operations and a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
You will be responsible for monitoring and managing multiple levels of performance, including sales and profitability, inventory and labour. You should be confident and cool-headed under pressure, persevering in the face of inevitable setbacks.
Your comfort with ambiguity means you stay focused on what you can control (even when things are up in the air), while your ability to plan and set achievable goals helps your team stay on course.
You will understand how critical you are to ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You take personal accountability for the in-store experience and upholding our brand to the highest standard, and make sure others do the same.
