On-Demand Document Review Lawyers / Reviewers
Location: Remote or Onsite
Engagement: Contract | Short-Notice | As-Needed
Elevate is expanding its Project Bench and we're looking for talented Document Review Lawyers/Reviewers who can step in quickly to support high-volume review projects for leading corporate and law firm clients. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have strong eDiscovery experience, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
* Conduct first-level, second-level, and QC document reviews.
* Review for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and issue tags per project protocols.
* Perform PII/PHI identification for data breach matters.
* Work efficiently within established workflows and accuracy standards.
* Communicate proactively with Project Leads on progress and escalations.
* Maintain high-quality output in large, time-sensitive matters.
* Mobilise rapidly for urgent projects (often within 24–48 hours).
What We're Looking For
* Experience in document review or eDiscovery (law firm, ALSP, or in-house).
* Proficiency in platforms such as Relativity (preferred), Nuix, Canopy, or EDT.
* Data breach review experience highly valued.
* Strong grasp of relevance, privilege, and confidentiality principles.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Reliable remote working setup.
* Full working rights in Australia.
Qualifications
* Law degree preferred (lawyer and non-lawyer reviewer roles available).
* Australian practising certificate required for lawyer-level reviews (where applicable).
Availability
* Able to join projects at short notice (same-day or next-day).
* Flexible working hours aligned with project demands.
* Open to both short-term and multi-week engagements.
