Graduate Health and Safety Professional Opportunity
This is an exciting chance for a graduate to start their career in health and safety. Reporting to the HSE department, you will be responsible for providing support and promoting a positive health and safety culture across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* INX Administrator: Manage the safety data management system and ensure accurate records are kept.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates on events and actions in the Safety Management System.
* Training: Deliver INX training and support to all personnel to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
* Site Access Control: Administer and control access to the site, ensuring only authorized personnel have access.
* Health and Safety Support: Provide assistance to the operation in maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.
* Analysis and Reporting: Conduct analysis of safety data and report findings to identify areas for improvement.
* Audits and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent.
* Cert IV in WHS as a minimum, with a degree in Occupational Health and Safety preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments and communicate effectively at all levels.
