Essential Care Services
As a Domestic Care Worker, you will provide vital care services to support the well-being of residents. You will build strong relationships with our team and contribute to the optimization of resident choice.
* Assisting with daily activities such as mobility assistance, meal delivery, and laundry duties.
* Providing emotional support and assisting families/visitors.
* Assisting residents to attend activities and do things that are of interest to them.
What We Need:
* Currently hold an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)
* Unlimited working rights in Australia
* Hospitality or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassion and Empathy
