Mornington Ducati is seeking a passionate and driven Parts Advisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting chance to work with one of the world’s most iconic motorcycle brands, in a dealership that prides itself on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Based in Melbourne’s bayside, you’ll be part of a supportive team where your skills and enthusiasm will be valued and developed.
Key Responsibilities
As a Ducati Parts Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both our customers and service team. Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with riders and enthusiasts
- Accurately interpreting, supplying, and invoicing Ducati parts and accessories to retail customers and the service department
- Managing customer transactions via phone, email, online, and over the counter
- Assisting with stock control, including preparation and participation in annual stocktake
About You
We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for motorcycles and can bring a high level of professionalism to the role. Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (Ducati or motorcycle parts experience will be highly regarded)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Commitment to following manufacturer and dealership processes and policies
- A valid motorcycle licence
