What You'll Do
* Collaborate and Strategise
Work alongside Agribusiness Executives to understand client needs and develop tailored strategies.
* Financial Analysis
Conduct financial modelling and analysis to support business growth and deliver strong customer outcomes.
* Client Relationship Development
Build your capability to proactively recommend ideas and solutions that strengthen client relationships.
What We're Looking For
* Experience
A background in commercial banking, advisory, accounting, or agribusiness is ideal. Alternatively, a strong academic foundation in Finance or Agriculture with a desire to grow in this space is welcome.
* Analytical Skills
A keen interest in developing research, financial modelling, and credit analysis capabilities.
* Customer Focus
A passion for delivering excellent customer service with a solutions-focused mindset.
* Education
A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related discipline is highly regarded.
