About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to join our team as Educational Data and Innovation Technologies Team Leader. This is a full-time, permanent position that will commence on 12 January 2026.
The successful candidate will lead and support the effective use of educational information management systems, build capacity and understanding of educational data, and engage with key stakeholders to promote innovative approaches to education.
* Plan, advise, and support program delivery to facilitate access to centralized teaching and learning systems, resolve operational obstacles, and identify improvement opportunities for future innovation design and execution within our organization.
* Champion online learning initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Advise and support school leaders and teachers on leading innovative educational practices in our schools.
* Establish and refine our systems and processes to support efficient and effective user experiences.
* Manage and maintain effective key stakeholder relationships, networks, and interdependencies to support a future-focused approach to education.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in digital technologies leadership in schools (Catholic schools highly desirable).
* Experience in managing projects and leading teams through change.
* Experience with project management and change management frameworks.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems.
You will also possess:
* Highly developed communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, energize, mobilize, and inspire to achieve goals.
* Well-developed problem-solving, creative thinking, and conflict-resolution skills.
