**Care Manager**
- $110 -120K +super + salary packaging

The Clinical Manager, in consultation with the Service Manager and the multidisciplinary team, provides clinical leadership in all aspects of the operations of the facility. They work collaboratively with all levels of management, clinicians, carers, residents, families, support staff and relevant community agencies to facilitate an effective resident focused service. The Clinical Manager will assume responsibility for the overall management of the site in the absence of the Service Manager.
**Essential**:
- Registered Nurse with APHRA
- Five years' experience in the provision of quality aged care in a senior clinical role.
- Proven management skills, demonstrated team leadership
- Strong working knowledge of continuous improvement
- Familiarity with Personal Care and Resident Lifestyle
- Knowledge of Accreditation Standards.
- Positive attitude that promotes the organisations concepts.
- A current police record check.
**Desirable**:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Management or working towards same
- Membership in Industry Reference Groups, Committees and Associations
