Key Responsibilities of a Solicitor
The role of a solicitor is to manage conveyancing files with attention to detail and autonomy.
Additionally, the solicitor will be responsible for providing advice on transfer of water licences, commercial leases, purchase and sale of businesses, preparing and providing advice on preparation of Wills, power of attorney, and enduring guardian documents, and lodging applications for grant of probate in the Supreme Court of NSW.
Some key aspects of this role include:
* Managing legal documents and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Providing expert legal advice to clients.
* Preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal agreements.
