Job Summary
The Property Coordinator role involves overseeing the management of assets, ensuring accountability and compliance. This includes maintaining accurate records, streamlining processes, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establishes and maintains control records to ensure transparency and efficiency.
* Cultivates effective relationships with various departments and organizations to facilitate property management.
* Provides support for property reviews and audits to guarantee adherence to established standards.
* Serves as the primary point of contact for site-related matters with external partners.
This position is contingent upon contract award. The ideal candidate must be a US or Australian citizen, possess a relevant security clearance (US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV), and have at least 5 years of experience in property coordination. In addition, knowledge of pertinent legal and regulatory requirements is essential.
