Lead Early Childhood Centre Growth Strategist
We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Early Childhood professional to spearhead the development and operational growth of our centres across eight locations.
About the Role
This senior leadership position reports directly to the State Manager and involves overseeing the strategic and operational management of early learning centres in the ACT, while supporting Centre Directors and their teams to achieve optimal performance and family satisfaction.
This role demands a hands-on approach where you will be visible in centres, demonstrating best practices and driving consistent standards throughout your region.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide visionary leadership in shaping the strategic and operational direction of a portfolio of early learning centres
* Ensure the successful integration and operational setup of newly acquired centre acquisitions
* Support Centre Directors in achieving and maintaining high occupancy rates and strong financial performance
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in senior leadership or area management roles within Early Childhood, coupled with exceptional coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
