What You'll Do
* Work alongside clients to assess their current technology landscape and identify opportunities for technology delivery improvements and AI enablements.
* Support the delivery of technology advisory engagements, including strategy development, technology assessments, and roadmap creation.
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights to help clients make informed decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to develop tailored technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and workshops that communicate findings, recommendations, and value propositions effectively.
* Stay current with emerging AI, cloud, and observability technologies and trends relevant to financial services and insurance.
* Support risk assessments related to technology implementations, including compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
* Help maintain project documentation, status updates, and client communications to ensure alignment and transparency.
* Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to raise the team's expertise and market reputation.
* Support the team's delivery excellence by advocating for best practices in software development, security, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
* 2-4 years experience in technology advisory, consulting, or related roles, preferably within financial services, insurance, or a regulated industry.
* Demonstrated interest or experience in AI, cloud technologies, application modernisation, or software observability.
* Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
* Strong ability to analyse complex technology environments and identify practical business-enhancing solutions.
* Effective communication skills with experience presenting to clients or internal stakeholders.
* Comfortable working at the intersection of technology and business, translating technical detail into strategic advice.
* Collaboration skills and a proactive, curious mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and industry trends.
* Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), AI/ML concepts, and software development lifecycle.
